Same dough used for Panettone. It was created in 2002 for a taste at Salone del Gusto in Torino.

For that event, Nuovo Mondo made a Panettone using the ingredients of their territory, which were dried fig of Carmignano (to take the place of raisin) and the walnuts of Valbisenzio (to substitute candied fruits); all covered with a pine nuts icing.

Apart from the harmonic taste, the thing which distinguishes this mignon is its Panfrutto shape.

This way, Pasticceria Nuovo Mondo offers their own Panettone all year long.
